Shelby is a native East Texan, born and raised in Longview. She attended Baylor University and was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma and Beta Alpha Psi. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Baylor with her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Master of Accountancy in December of 2019 and completed her CPA licensure in July of 2021.

Her areas of practice include tax preparation services for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts.

Shelby is a member of the Tyler Young Professionals Network and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. She enjoys reading, softball, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
